Property is good but lacks in basic services like 24 hrs room service, torn bedsheets and towels, lot of small insects, dirty bedcovers and blankets. This is not a 5 star property as claimed by the management.

Amazing property and great hospitality. Well maintained, clean and very spacious rooms with great interiors. We stayed one night and felt relaxed. Dinner was good. There was cultural dance show which we enjoyed. Location was great and would definitely try to visit again. All staff was polite and respectful. Manager was kind and helpful. The experience at the resort exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property with stunning views. Loved our stay. Highly recommend

Property is 9 yrs old but poor maintenance and staff was very horrible. Restaurant staff is worst. One of the staff dropped food and took back and served same soiled food. Completely caught his actions and his manager said sorry for that. Kitchen was also horrible and no cleanliness

House keeping of room was terrible.

Room cleaning was terrible, when we checked in all bed sheets were used, even used towel and toiletries of previous guest was in room. When we asked reception the guy was very nice he send the house keeping and change all the bedsheets pillow covers.

Wonderful property 🤩There was soo peace and calmness😍❤️ Enjoyed alot at the property…staff was very well mannered and supportive in all means👍 pool was soo clean ☺️ had an amazing breakfast in the morning & food quality was soo good😇 loved staying here❣️

Overall out experience was horrible. Found scotch brite iron wool on top of hora bhara kebab. How could 5 star hotel do this kind of blunder. Bad food quality, no taste, panner tasted 10 days old, also prices are way too high like ordered cheese chilly toast which had 2 bread pieces and ordered one soup which costed 700+inr. Asked them to decorate the room for birthday, which costed us 1000 inr in which they just provided 25-40 balloons and few flowers on bed and side tables. At the time of checkin asked 600 inr for cake. Later charged 900 inr at the time of checkout. Too much restrictions in the property, jacoozi was not working, poor internet cant use mobiles. No network, got fed up overall, please choose kumbha bagh instead of this property. Specially the front person staff thinks that tourist are fool and we can charge anything to them. Dont be fooled

Lovely hotel lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.

Had a fantastic experience! the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I especially loved the delicious breakfast spread they offered each morning. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

We stayed in room 105. Excellent room and excellent toilet. Beautiful building designed like a palace. Very nice staff. Prompt service. Enjoyed thoroughly. Only vegetarian meals are served. The location is a bit out of way and the road to the hotel is bad. Other than that there is no issue.
