Kumbha resort review of property and food

Kumbha resort located in the midst of aravalli ranges has spectacular view around it, covered in greenery. Property location and exterior look is very good. However room's interior needs to be repaired as rooms are suffering with heavy dampness. Food is bit expensive vise a vise compared with tastes. Though staffs are well behaved and helpful.

Ambience is good. View is also good. Room service is also very good. Food is okay. Game zone is not properly maintained.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions"

Third class service, ac remote not working, food/water is too costly. They reject for water bottles on the day of checkout

We stayed 2 days at kumbha bagh resort. Food quality is good. But service is very bad. When we order, they are taking more than 30-45 min. Sometime we need to remind for same order or service. Facility wise is average as per price rate. Still they are using older lock systems of 1990 times.

*disappointing experience at kumbha place* while my stay at kumbha place was generally good, there were several issues that left a sour taste. The breakfast options were woefully limited, with stale watermelons and subpar ingredients used for puri and other dishes. Even staples like poha, tea, and idli were just average. But what really disappointed me was the utter lack of concern for guests' needs. Arriving at 10:45 pm, we were not approached by any mess staff or offered assistance with dinner. No one bothered to check if we needed food, despite knowing our arrival time. When we inquired about dinner, we were bluntly told it was too late and the mess was closed. This lack of hospitality and attention to detail marred my experience. Kumbha place must address these issues to ensure guests feel valued and cared for. However, one person stood out for his exceptional service and dedication: mr. Right singh, the supervisor. He was: - most active and responsive to our needs - demonstrated a high sense of responsibility - exemplary in his gentlemanly behavior mr. Right singh's professionalism and courtesy were a shining exception in an otherwise disappointing experience. Kumbha place would benefit from emulating his standards of service and hospitality.

Terrible Stay

Tv not working. Wifi not working bathroom accessories not provided used towel. Coffee tea and other room utilities not provided. Gysier not working. Geyser they said some switch is off. Now they will on it. Now they have provided new towels and. Started tv. We checked in at around 7. Refund is totally different issue. I have come along with my 6 year old son and family. To enjoy the stay. We are not able to settle in the room from last 2 and half hour. Forget about enjoying the stay
