Host had very welcoming smile. They were prompt to provide services. Rooms were good. Slept soundly. Views are nice. Although some dishes were unavailable but overall we had nice stay.

Location is superb. Food is good. Amenities is good. Only room’s bathroom have a hot water problem but it solve after complaint.

Would start with staff being humble and courteous while talking. The natural ambience is good. Pool wasn't kept much clean. You get the food over here, but isn't ok any good aroma or taste. No no for food. They have a power backup, as powercut happens in this area so it's important. Rooms are neat.

Not good for family very bad service and no safety at all midnight they turn it off the lights without any reason until we call it main gate was open there’s no security cabin or anything like that we are lucky to not been robbed by outside people our driver was sleeping in the tempo travel he seen the people around the looking for chance to robbery please don’t go in this resort and not recommend to anyone

It was a superb resort when we have going to in winter

Staff is good but there is communication gap and also room service. Telephone not available in room, washrooms are not clean very poor

Property is located in the outskirts towards udaipur with ample greenery and variety of room types to choose from. Food is quite expensive given the hotel standards by 50-70%

The room were not sanitized. No area was having sanitizer no staff was having mask rooms were not having cable connection as they have not recharge the subscription of Tata sky geyser was not functioning electricity was not there for more than 2 hours and staff on complaining was like what can they do. Really pathetic service I will advice not to visit this property to anyone if allowed will mail all pictures and voice recording with their boss.

No safety measures. The staff service was terrible. The owner was of good nature but the staff was so unprofessional no masks no apron no decency
