Property is neat and clean. It has all latest amenities. The rooms are specious. It is a good place to stay

We had a very bad experience with the safety measures in this hotel. They placed carpets on the stairs at the entrance, and one of my family members slipped there, hitting their head and sustaining a severe injury. Tragically, despite all efforts, we could not save her, and we lost her due to this serious injury. Additionally, handrails were present but could not be used because plant pots were placed nearby and far from the door entrance, leaving people with no support while using the stairs. There was also ac water on the floor, making the area even more slippery. Keeping carpets on the stairs further increased the risk. We are sharing this review so that no one else has to face such a tragedy. Hotels must prioritize safety and take proper precautions to prevent such devastating incidents.

It was a good hotel and the restaurant was good too. The food was delicious. The water heater jar was not working, we tried to get it replaced thrice, but no luck. Besides, tea or coffee will not be available when you need it. That’s a basic necessity and must be available 24*7. Rooms were clean but we had to request toiletries everyday. They really need to work on their lounge area and make it more happening. It was like a local bar and so was the ambience. The staff was polite and overall it was a pleasant stay.

I had a great experience staying in samyudyatha inn. The rooms were super clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. All the attractions are nearby so it was the best place to stay in. Will definitely stay there if we visit kundapura again!

The hotel is closer to the main road. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and all basic necessities like water, soap, shampoo, towel, etc were present. Tv with the set-top box was present as well (we didn't use it though. The staff made sure that we had a nice stay at the hotel. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The only issue i faced was with the intercom. Overall it was a pleasant and a comfortable stay with a 3-star experience.

Disappointing Stay with Lack of Basic Amenities and Poor Service

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. No Intercom: One of the most basic amenities was missing—no intercom in the room, making it inconvenient to contact reception or request any services. 2. Poor Hospitality: The staff’s hospitality left a lot to be desired. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and attentiveness from the team, which made the stay feel unwelcoming. 3. Poor Reception: The reception staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Check-in and check-out processes were unnecessarily slow, and queries were not handled efficiently. 4. No Kettle: Despite being a standard feature in most hotels, there was no kettle provided in the room, which was a significant inconvenience, especially for a morning or late-night tea or coffee. 5. No Tea/Coffee Powders: Adding to the disappointment, there were no tea or coffee powders provided in the room, even though such basics are expected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as it fails to meet even the most basic expectations of comfort and service.

The stay is wonderful and value for money, we book 1900/ room, room is clean and well maintain, staff are really helpful, best part is the restaurant of this hotel, its prices are very less but taste is just wonderful, staffs are also wonderful, 100% recommended

The property is new, located at prime location, and very well maintained. Check in and check out process was hassle free, they also do provide food service at evening. Bedspread and blankets were clean and even room was also very neat and clean. Overall a good experience my rating is 5/5

The stay was very good..nice and clean room with all needed amenities. Even the staff were friendly. Only 2 drawbacks - the location is next to fish market, so there would be the sea food smell (not inside room though). Another drawback - the property rules mention that 'couple are allowed for hourly rooms' , this rule is not family friendly, so be cautious for family stay. not sure why they are allowing this.
