I saw around five cockroaches in the room and it Putting around for the room and seeing these was not cool. Not going there again

Not at all welcoming! person at the front desk doesn’t seem to know how to behave with the guests, had to change the hotel for the next day. Way better hotels are available at the same price range, food is average, ive stayed at many hotels all over the india and abroad, this hotel maintenance was sub-par when compared to their mentioned standards. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone if they want to be treated and greeted with respect! please train your staff regarding this!

I stayed with family but room hygiene is very pathetic. I could see cockroaches scroll all over bathroom and near bed. And room cleanliness is very bad, bathroom taps and hangers everywhere it’s Rusty and it is sticking to towels when we place them. No hot water at all. Only one thing we were OK was food taste but not all varieties just few. need way lot more hygiene improvements needed.
