the rooms are too small. cleanliness is very poor. beddings are also not clean. the condition of the rooms is not even one percent of what is shown. it's a very old hotel with old air conditioners and furniture.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent food. Neat and clean rooms. Overall a very nice experience. Loved it. Must visit. We loved it. Everything was upto the mark in terms of hygiene and facilities.

1. Light arrangements was not proper in the hotel. More than 1 hr there was no light during day time. 2. Room was not clean. 3. No intercom facility in the room for contacting to reception and for room service.

Room was not clean staff was not good in behaviour. Misbehave with us and ask to give money again at hotel counter. Furniture was very bad. Insects was present in the room and room was very dirty. Bad smell from towel. No manners of staff toward guests.
