Awesome staff and best service

We booked this property in jun e while we traveled in the month of september. The staff chandan, rahul, robin, vijay, deepali and ashwin are the stars of the place and ramkumar, the chef. How can i forget him, amazing and lipsmackin dishes. Rooms are cleaned and well ventilated and are the same as per the pictures. 5 stars to all the staff and after all they are the one who makes the difference.

Best hotel in lachen to stay with quality service. It provides every possible support. The food was amazing. The view is also amazing from the rooms.

A cosy stay, away from home

Very conveniently located. Nice cosy rooms but need some more furnitures like a mirror and a cupboard in a room. This property is absolutely new and they are expecting to get it done within a month or so. Management staff is ever eager to be at service. Mr. Rajdeep banerjee and mr. Chandan dais are to be specially named. Bell boys and girls are very very active. Restaurant is optimum. As much as is possible in this remote area

While the hotel is new and staff is friendly, the place is 3-4kms away from lachen and not in lachen as mentioned in the description. Food is good. Except for the location nothing seriously to complaint about.

My stay at this hotel is the worst till date. Very bad manager. Very bad receptionist. Very very very bad behaviour. Room was full of insects. Flying insects were there in the room. They didn't cared for my concern. Big noooo to this hotel. Hate everything

Very good hotel but food need to be improved

Location and rooms inside very good. Bed heaters provided in each bed. Great experience. Food : dinner was so so. Breakfast : poor. They know you will leave by 6. 30 to 7 am still they give you old bread slice and fruity only. They can easy give something to eat. No one should include breakfast in package.

Location is good, rooms, hospitality and service of the hotel is good. Cons: power source is only generator, accordingly, no electricity from 12 am to 4:30am.

Small hotel away from city

A new hotel from summit in lachen. The hotel is around 2 km from lachen city. The hotel is new and clean. The biggest issue is the network. Most of the time you will not find any mobile network. The hotel has a power backup facility. Food is good.

Staff are very polite and the food is very tasty but when you book this hotel pls. Do not book with breakfast. But journey start early. Morninh. Take away option not better option

Hello. Hotel was newly made so interiors were good. But light facility was not provided from 12 mn to 6 am. We had to celebrate birthday so we requested to provide 1 extra hr of electricity, but they denied. Also we struggled for water in morning and have to use bottles water for brushing and facewash. Couldn't use toilet. These hotels are taking tourists for granted which should be taken care of by local authorities.
