The rooms were neat and tidy with a great balcony view. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Food was very good for the price. The overall stay nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay at property was awesome. They has nice clean rooms i took the valley view room and overall hotel was neat and clean they has kids play area and games for adults like carrom snooker and table tennis. Further the food was up to the mark and options in breakfast were good. They were also ready to offer on demand items free of cost in breakfast. We asked for without onion garlic and they made that for us. Plus point was they had dedicated parking space and a pool which was decent enough

The service and accomodation was apt for the location. Much facilities as not available, but what was there was fine. Bathrooms can be better. Also the tv was not working as there is no network. This maybe checked further. Phone signals don’t work, but that’s a blessing in disguise. Hotel had wifi network and that’s helpful.

Hotel facilities were really good like the view from the balcony, swimming pool etc but the food was questionable. There were a lot of variety and n breakfast but non of them tasted good

Stay good. Staff service good. Food quality not soo good. I tried snacks, dinner, breakfast. No taste. And swimming pool also not cleaned. Location perfect.

Location of hotel is avg. There is no river side location but 6 km near to lansdowne city centre. Food quality is good with reasonable rates. Services are fine. Room size is good enough to stay with family. All amenities are fine enough. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Indoor play area is comfortable with infants to big children.

The hotel is quite a very nice property. The location is mesmerizing with beautiful valley view, the staff is courteous, polite and supporting and hygiene is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and the open terrace with live singing is an added bonus. The food is quite nice but there's a little scope of improvement in taste.

Hotel in at good location and staff is polite and helpful. Open terrace is a must visit if you stay at ravine. Food quality can be improved

Pros- 1. Serenic location between the mountains 2. They provide the best range of food. 3. Staff is polite 4. Enjoyed the in house terrace party. Mr. Manish upadhyay is a good host. Cons- the rooms are non ac and it was very on 5th floor, though staff provide us an extra fan but it was not sufficient to beat the heat. No towels are provided at swimming pool. No changing room or shower at swimming area.

Great property, good amenities, good taste of food items, great pool view, nice child play area. The only off part was no ac, in this scorching heat and no mention of the same in the description.
