Room decoration is poor. Property designing is extremely ridiculous and doesn’t match with a star category hotel. It’s looking as a police barrack. Bathroom should contain at least a bathtub. No match of tariff and facilities provided. Thanks a lot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sinclair Chalsa Dooars' place on the 7th and 8th of November, and it was an unforgettable experience. Sinclair is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. His attention to detail was impressive, and he ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was not only immaculately clean but also thoughtfully arranged, making it both functional and inviting. The ambiance was perfect—quiet, cozy, and a true retreat from the everyday hustle. Sinclair’s local tips and personal recommendations added so much to my stay, and his warm hospitality made my time there truly memorable. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were quite spacious. Property looks beautiful. However, was expecting better amenities such as a buggy car system for helping at least the elders to move around within the property. I visited the property with my 80 year old parents - it was extremely inconvenient for them to access the restaurant or the parking lot. The property has a lovely swimming pool but without a lifeguard. Several parts of the property are not accessible through wheelchairs. These are basic and should be looked into.

In swimming pool there is no lifeguard and also tubes to save the life in case of emergency and there is no electric car inside the campus for movement

Everything was haphazard. Swimming pool was dirty. I have to request several times for toy train. Room was like hospital room. Pathway was dirty. I have stayed several times at that resort. But this time horrible experience. In restaurants meal was not served even 2 hours after order. There was air conditioning failure in kids play area. Not even fan was there. I will never recommend to stay there. I was not even 1 star service

The accommodation was okay. However one had to walk some distance to reach the restaurant. The options of the menu was limited and the prices of the items was quite expensive.

The location of the property is great and convenient for all the sight seeing spots. We visited during monsoon and the property was very calming and relaxing. The food from the menu were cooked well and of good quality. The staff was very hospitable.

I stayed in sinclairs retreat dooars for a night and let me tell you, its hospitality is top notch. Starting from the behaviour of the staffs to the cleanliness of the rooms to the food quality, everything is just so on point. Moreover, the chef himself came to ask about the food when i was having my breakfast. The ambience of the hotel is what i liked the most. The rooms are very spacious. If you are looking for a peaceful and grandeur stay at dooars, don't think twice and just go for this one. They provide mandatory breakfast and the options are huge. Overall, i had my perfect stay there.

Its a beautiful property located at a hill top. Lovely view of the valley. The property is well maintained and beautifully curated. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. The swimming pool and game zone is also excellent. Delicious food at the restaurent. Room service was also quick. Kids loved their stay. Staff was also very courteous. Strongly recommend to explore this beautiful property.

I had a worst stay experience ever in this hotel. There were no staff available to provide any kind of service and support. The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle and in case of any emergency also there is no service staff available to help you out. There is no staff available at reception to address any of your queries. The receptionist work timing starts from 8 am and in case you want to check out before that there is no one to help you. Basically they have their own rules and policy. I had visited the hotel with my family along with 3 kids but there was no support staff in case of emergency and i had the worst experience. The hotel staff doesn’t know how to speak with the visitors. I request mm t to take necessary action against the hotel and remove such kind of service providers from their portals.

Proparty was good but need more maintenance. There was 10am check out time. I dont like that. No extra activity or any entertenment for gueat.

Stay was pleasant. Resort is well maintained with lot of space with greenery. Situated at a fair height among relatively plain landmass. Check out time is little odd at 10 am but they allow upto 11. 30 on request. Breakfast spread was limited.

The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, amenities are plenty and for fun there are activities like game room both for adults and kids plus 2 separate swimming pools, one for adults one for kids. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the courteous behaviour of the staff just added to the awesome experience.

It's a huge property and excellent stay for couples, family members as well as for corporate team meets. The amenities and its wide range offers plenty options of engaging. Children's park, toy train, swimming pool, kids zone further makes it an absolute kids friendly. Staff members are very good, polite and cooperative. The cottages paced across the garden area are very sooting to eye and relaxing.

If you want to spend ur 2/3 days from city hassles with good food and facilities, this is the place
