Well maintained 2bhk residence right in front of the lake with all required amenities and appliances in the kitchen. The caretakers (ram and family) have taken great care to keep the place worthy. Limited parking space is available inside the premises although enough parking is available on the road outside.

Serious cockroach issue

It was a terrible experience during our stay with cockroaches coming out from every corner of the flat from 8 pm onwards. Killed around 40 big cockroaches till 6 am in the morning without sleeping a wink when we finally left the property. The owner explained that it happened due to a pest control issue but do check with him prior to checking in that this issue has been taken care of.

Location of the property is good. The town of lavasa is dying, with dilapidated buildings, parks and with almost all the shops and restaurants closed. It's more of a ghost town. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is well appointed. Television is provided but with no connection and one should carry their own toiletries as they provide none except for towels and hand wash

The property is located at a very convenient and scenic location, views of the lake are amazing from rooms and living areas. The decor is classy and tastefully done. Can do much better with services and educating the caretaker to be more hospitable and useful than just handing over the keys and vanishing. Overall a good stay.

The stay at lavasa holiday home was good. The property is at a nice place facing lake. Good rooms, ambiance once you check in. Finding the place though is a tough job.

Lavasa is very beautiful scenic place to go during mansoon and winter, multiple waterfalls and your journey above the clouds is mesmerizing. The water view with mountains reminds you the asian countries like thailand & vietnam. Stay is ok without amenities and limited water sports activities but can go for a scenic experience.

It was really nice, no pests and lizard on the property and great views. We were 3 ladies and it was completely safe environment. Only thing is food options for veg are limited. Please carry ready to eat food. All in all good stay.

Chetan is an amazing host, apartment is well maintained. Helper - ram is quick and responsive. However there are few negative points- 1) it is not a villa, it is a bhk apartment. 2) to be frank if i’m paying 10k per night, i would choose water front shaw hotel which would give same flat size, amenities like this one. 3) overall, lavasa is very quiet and has basic basic food options. If you’re a pure vegetarian and looking for vegetarian restaurants you’re in a troubled ride.

The stay was good. Apartment was clean. All the required items like bedsheets, towel, utensils were available. The housekeeper/helper was of helping nature as well. One improvement that can be done is about waiting area. If guests arrived early and there is still time for check-in then there is no place to wait. Some arrangement can be done for that. This will be helpful if the group has senior citizens.

Full marks on the location and scenarios along with the stay. Some minor improvements to the home would have been better. Kitchen and the appliances could have been cleaner and better. The appliances seem old and rusted already. Some minor tweaks and this stay is good.
