Best stay ever. E1 303 was given to us and the lake side view and hill view. It was amazing. Food facilities, parking, bath room facilities, neat and clean well maintained property. Highly recommend for families. One of the best stay in lavasa. Giving 5/5. Thanks for make my trip as well for suggestions.

Good interiors and view from balcony, place is quiet and peaceful not much activity but that was fine as we just wanted to relax, rejuvenate and soak in the weather.

This place is located on the top floor and is spacious with all the amenities. As mentioned by host has panoramic view of the lake and mountain from the balcony with was what we wanted. Place is perfect for couples, breakfast was also decent. Good wifi and tv with all channels available for entertainment.

The property is an apartment lease out as a hotel. It is beside the lake which is ok, not too great to be honest. The booking was mentioned in make my trip as ac room with wifi and breakfast included. Very disappointed to have paid high price with broken ac, no water for long period, no toilet paper, no wifi, no breakfast. The owner phone will not be reachable. After reaching out via caretaker he called back on whatsapp. No issues were resolved. He has well prepared answers. He cunningly put a working ac remote. A broken ac is there for decoration.

We had requested for cake as it was our anniversary, host was kind enough to provide us with numbers for local bakery and also for decorations. Had a good stay will visit again.

Visited lavasa for the first time, not much activity but was very relaxing to lounge on the balcony facing the lake. Beer shop and alcohol available close by. Food is also decent with room service/delivery available till 11pm.

Pleasant stay, our daughter studies at the university in lavasa and had recommended this place to us as her friends always stay here when they visit and the place is well maintained. Thanks will definitely be visiting again.

Location is very good, street light around lake was not working thus not making a good environment in night hours and it is controlled by lavasa management and most visitors are on weekend. Amenities need improvement, being a residential property - food was a issue as one has to go to restaurant or order food, service is by one caretaker person who is helpful

The studio apartment is just amazing with a view you'd absolutely love. The vibe of the place, the decor and the lighting is just perfect. The caretaker and the owner are super friendly and helpful. There are a few food options nearby which are not mentioned in the room. A quick walk around the neighbourhood will help you with much better food choices.

Visited for our anniversary, place is well maintained and all the restaurants and market is close by. View of the lake is amazing from the balcony. Property owner very kindly provided me a number to org-anise a cake for my wife. Thanks again will visit again soon.

Property's location is excellent. Room/studio apartment was good with basic facility like microwave, freeze, good wardrobe, but it lacks room service. Food is a bit of a challenge, breakfast which was included in stay was below par.

The studio is nice with superb location. The bedsheet, blanket and towels given were very old. Shouldn't be changed asap. Breakfast served was also terrible. Just the location, view from the room and size of the room are good

It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The studio apartment is spacious with well equipped kitchenette. There is a microwave, induction, electric kettle and double door refrigerator. Adequate cutlery. 55 inch smart tv with wifi. But the best part of the room is it view and location. The view from the enclosed balcony is just mesmerizing. Plus is convenient access to portofino street makes it very easy to go to nearby shops and city centre. Overall very good experience.

Well maintained homestay, perfect for couples. It was our anniversary and the host was very kind. All the shops for any requirement is 2 min drive from the property and food also gets delivered easily. Menu cards was collected and kept in the room for convenience. View and weather from balcony in the rains was amazing with wifi and all channels active on tv for pass time. Thanks had a peaceful and relaxing 2 day stay, will visit again soon.
