Dear team, i had a wonderful experience at your hotel in leh. The property is centrally heated, ensuring a comfortable stay, even during colder months. The hospitality was exceptional, with special thanks to the entire team at indus valley, particularly mr. Balbeet and the reception staff, for their warm and attentive service. The food was outstanding! dishes were superb, and i truly enjoyed every meal. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Experience was overall very welcoming. Stay was comfortable. Property is neat, clean, with friendly hosts. Food preparation is also good. We particularly thank our managers at the reception, ms. Tania and mr. Stanzin sonam.

Not worth the price

I checked in bit late around 10:30pm but there was not ample staff to take care of proper checkin. At the counter i was told that no rooms were available, but i then booked the rooms through mmt, which they could not refuse. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. Very well organized and very courteous hostesses in the dining area.

It is an excellent property having best location, very near to leh market. Staff was friendly and centralised heating was very effective. Food and room service was also good. Overall a very good experience.

Had three nights stay. Rooms have central heating and hot water supplies. Overall good package. Location walkable from leh main market. Breakfast good but may not hav. Reception stanzin sonam was helpful. Also restaurant staff good and helpful.
