Amazing stay with amazing view. Have been staying in this hotel from last three years and will again prefer staying for future as well. Staff of the hotel are gentle and polite.

The best part of the hotel is the location. The rooms are very spacious and nicely done interiors. Hot water is available. The staff of the hotel is courteous and the breakfast was delicious.

No hygiene maintain at the hotel not even in the rooms, single room sleeper they are given for two pax for two days that also used, water taps not working properly, breakfast is pathetic and counter staff behaviour is very bad.

No hot water for bath. Worst service provid, by management. Booked room was allotted to sum e one elsa. Even the booking is not refundable.

Hi. The stay i booked last evening looking very pleasing and comforting. The property was newly built from furniture to fittings they were neat n clean. But once i observed carefully n wanted to check the hygiene was surprised to notice such pathetic standards maintained. Above were the stains of food n blood on the bed sheets n quilts which were put after we’d booked the property in early afternoon. N when we asked the staff to change it their reply was sir we don’t have much staff n mostly we don’t expect much booking for this suite room. But they responded quickly they got the replacement done. As if this was his home or own room. Such unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. We had to ask for water bottles. The washrooms were leaking. There was no wiper no mops to clear. There was no wiper no mops to clean. The least a ground staff can do is clean the washrooms, in the dustbin there were used packets of pan masala which i made the person acknowledge who’d come to provide us heater

From checking time next day morning there is no hot water provision in the room. Only we feel to cry because how mm t entertaining such hotel in their community. Too much negligence from mmt.

I stayed in hotel himalaya in jun e 2023, i along with my family members found it one of the best example for hospitality. Owner and staff are just superb. Infrastructure is also very good, location is also good. More than 200% returns on your monetary value spent. I wish all the very best team hotel himalaya.

Hotel is good overall even though there is no view from the room. Location is very good and everything is available at walkable distance. Staff is good and cooperative. Well maintained and rooms are clean

While surfing in mmt, it looks that hotel may have a beutiful surrounding with open space. But it is not so. The hotel is backaide of another hotel. Food quality is not upto the mark. However, cleanliness and maintenance is good. Rooms are good and spacious.

Taxi took 550rs to reach at location. Room at hotel was good. It is within proximity of the mall road. Food was also good
