Mj hotel: location: good room : not good, no view point, they have given us room in a closet like area. Had to get it changed. The mattress was hard. Wifi: not functional t. V: not functional food : breakfast was good, paneer tikka: good, coffee: good. Staff: limited, friendly.

Tap was broken no ac or heater in the room toothbrush and paste were not given in toiletries.

Average. Electricity shutdown many times but no power back up. Lift non-functional most of the time. Room with no window / ventilation was provided.

This was our first visit to lodhaghat and we booked our room on the way to delhi. After a very tiresome trip in the hills mj hotel provided us with the required rest and comfort. Good food, a very helpful staff and wonderful view. You can't ask for more

Inconvenience in hotel

Owner of the hotel is very arrogant and not empathetic. Services are not upto the mark. We stayed for 3 nights but had to change room twice. Once for extreme noise by ceiling fan and then geyser not working in another room. We had to bath in another room. Despite that room rentals are very high but no repairs done. Due to worst behavior of owner we saw very less occupancy. No compensation was done for these deficiencies.

Hotel not agree for mm t check where as available showing in application. Also giving below than half rate if direct book at hotel. Food quality also not good.
