A nice weekend getaway

Location is decent, not too far from the main bazaar street. Quiet locality and peaceful. Food at the restaurant is also pretty decent. Service at times took longer than expected, but the staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and hygienic, but there was some constant odour in the room which had to be doused using the room freshener repeatedly. Pool is also decent and the garden amenities are a bit unclean due to limited outdoor usage by kids. Overall property though is good for a quiet and peaceful weekend with family.

I am seriously very dissatisfied with the services. The value for money paid was not at all worthy Few bad experineces: 1. Hygiene condition of entire hotel was very bad. 2. Table tennis facility was not available despite it was mentioned at the time of booking. Even after requests made, they mentioned it will not be possible. 3. No one was there to carry the luggage to cab while check-out which was quiet strange. 4. Swimming pool was not ready to swim in the morning even it was without towels. Eventually, have to leave all the exciting perks with which this specific property was chosen. 5.Inappropriate services by the hotel. I would urge not to make this property a preference to all the visitors. This was not a good hotel in terms of value of money.

Room service was pathetic compering to amount they are charging. No support at all even for basis things like towel, soap, toothbrush you have make multiple request. Food bill is also incorrect charged if you dont cross check it.

Location is ok. Amenities and services way to go. Everything needed to be asked for. Mineral water was on a chargeable basis. No attendant at the swimming pool, no towels at the pool.

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

The property ws dirty, unmanaged, stinking lobbies, lift capacity 3 ppl, small staircase only one person can climb at a time not worth even5k. Not expected. The bed had termites, wash basin in washroom was cracked. The tiles were dirty, washroom was stinking. Horrible experience altogether will think twice before booking next time.

The staff is really helpful and owner too. Very good place for relaxing for 2 or more days the hotel has nice hospitality and good services and we were happy to come to this hotel which have excellent food and rooms and with washroom and bathroom very clean and sanitize everyday. Thank you for your restaurant also that the food and good services your hotel has.

Very bad facilities. Poor soap, no towels, poor restaurant - i feel sick after eating the food, bad parking for car, poor elevator, poor service, very pricy. Also, no blanket. For the third person

Starting with the location. It is slightly away from the main attraction lane of lonavla. But if you are travel-ling with your personal vehicle then not an issue. Hotel is very neat and well managed. Amenities like swimming and play garden is well maintained. Good breakfast. But it miss out indoor games zone. Overall recommended for others.
