It's an average stay. No inhouse restaurant, no complimentary breakfast. The swimming pool does not have a warm water facility. No inhouse activity.

Found this property through mm t nice location, decent room but with expensive room rent, no fooding facility available. Don't even serve tea after 8pm. Pool was dirty.

Forget about negative reviews it is best and cheap resort. All staff are very friendly and will help you. The location is peaceful and not too far from railway station

It’s good at this range. Smooth check in. A small pool is also there though i haven’t used due to cold. Overall good experience. Recommend.

First of all excellent hotel. Room was amazing ac super delux. Relaxing and calm environment i enjoyed the most at the hotel itself. 24 hour hot water available. Staff and service is excellent. I will stay at this hotel only next time

Horrible experience about hotel room and facilities is a complete lie. We booked a room with back view but there was not view, just a big wall blocking air and daylight. Highly disappointing. Hotels say restaurant as facility but they don’t have any active restaurant, it’s just chairs and tables, they don’t have a kitchen. They have a tied up food supplier but it starts late in the morning so u are left with no choice but to deal with it and hotel staff is not at all supportive. This hotel location is just good bcoz it’s close to narayani dham temple. Do not plan for it as it’s only good for people who can survive starving. Not recommended for families with kids and elderly family members

The room was smelling, ac was not working, the behaviour of the receptionist wasn't good. He was not responding positively. There was a lack of basic services even. Kitchen was not available in day time. Breakfast was not included in the package. When ordered the time taken to deliver even at the restaurant was extremely high. Only one staff member in the kitchen. The distance for the city is also a little high. I will not recommend it to anyone until there is no choice available.

The stay was amazing. Rooms were happening and clean with lots of space and window ventilation. Overall service was great, i would suggest others to stay here if you want a budget and hassle free stay.

A very positive experience. The place was very accommodating and didn't give us any issues at all during the stay duration. Pros: the staff was very respectful and accomodating. The rooms are respectable sized and beddings were clean the bathroom fittings were responsive, which is rare to find in hotels. Sort of cons: right now the in house restaurant is closed, but they more than make up for it by allowing outside food and provide a restaurant that can deliver food in. Overall for the price of the rooms, it's a great find.
