Decent property but clearly neglected. Staff has a 'couldn't care less ' attitude and look at the guests as an interference in their leisure time.

Didn't stayed as it was not comfortable and the bedsheet was very dirty. Then i shifted in cosset. Didn't get refund.

Please don't recommend this villa, there staff is not supported, internal facilities like ac, bed, tv and bathroom too much worst in condition. Limited food facility. Food quality not good.

Pros: location is approachable, view points are nearby, staff behavior is good, just opposite of kamat hotel. Cons: 1. Entry lane is not good, will face major challenge during monsoon.

Clean rooms even though it's an old property. Avoid traveling in rainy season since the front of the hotel literally gets water current knee deep. The food was good. Overall a pleasant experience.

The jd villa hotel is right opposite kamath hotel. And the rooms are spacious and balconies are big. There is a common terrace for party and dining. Room service is prompt. Good comfortable stay. The trip was with friends we enjoyed a lot.

Pros: 1. Good location very near to old mumbai-pune highway. 2. 24*7 hot water, tv, mosquito net on balcony window, excellent ac and view from balcony. 3. Cleaned room. Cons : 1. Noisy fan. 2. In my room, it takes lot of strength to open balcony windows. I had to call housekeeping staff at first time to open. This indicates windows ball bearings are rusted and repair required. 3. No wifi range in the room or even balcony which is of no use. 4. Open parking. 5. Signs of aging in the room like broken basin sink.

Staff were cooperative and room was good but additional bed and blanket we needed for kids were shabby and we had to demand a better one, i give the benefit of doubt as we checkwd in close to midnight and they seemed tired.
