The room was good but compact. No additional space was available. Tv and ac were in working condition. The behaviour of the hotel staff was satisfactory. Viewing the size of the room and facilities, it seems costly.

It’s west-gate of money. Room has no ventilation. Used linen are there. Intercom is not working. Handle of shower is broken. Despite of so many issues, staff is rude and unresponsive. So many other options are there nearby so don’t use this hotel for stay.

Situated at prime location in lonavala market. Everything is at walkable distance. Rooms are very nice for family stay. Staff is courteous.

Good location and service. The mini-suite has a bathtub, otherwise the room looks a bit old and mouldy. Restaurant serves great food, both veg and non-veg.

very nice experience with hotel lonavala, our stay was 2 Days, this hotel is near the station & market is also very close. All the staff members were very good , The room was also very neat & clean ,😍😍

Very nice hotel very clean good food value for money very helping staff. We forgot our phones they returned it back very helping and thoughtful visited with two young children got complimentary dessert for them overall very nice stay

An booking transaction made by us. We book 180sfit super deluxe room but manager of hotel given us the room which we seen photos of room but it was not same it was different. The area of room also different. Room no. 205&206 given to us.

The hotel was good and at a very prime location. But what i feel the rooms are quite small as per the super deluxe category, as we booked for 3 adults, the spcae for extra bedding is very less. Other than that rest of the things are good clean bathroom, clean room etc. But the restaurant is quite expensive comapred to the quantity of food they serve. No issue with the quality but quantity is quite less. The hotel is located just 5 mins by auto from lonavala station and 10 minutes walk.

Room price not worth it. No lift and average hygiene. Very stringent about checkout time even though they have no bookings. I checked in at 10pm and he kept annoying me to checkout from 10am even though they have so many other rooms vacant and enough time to clean. Not worth the price do not recommend
