The villa is not maintained properly, no seats inside room or storage cabinets. Sofa torn, stained bedsheets, blanlets with holes, stained cushions/pillows. Towels were not provided. Caretaker ran away after checkin and was not there to assist with food or so. Location wise, there are no shops outside. Utensils were not clean and even basic items like oven were not provided. The housekeeper was rude.

Villas lights, fan, a/c, wifi, tv, mostly time switch off & care taker not respond to all problems, to all travelers pols check proper and book this villas

We had informed we will be checking in at 8:30 to the caretaker. The address provided on booking was of another property of the same owners so they had to guide us to the right place. No location pin was provided. Once we reached the right place, we have to wait for another 20 minutes for the caretaker to reach. The villa is in a gated community so security is good. The villa looks good from the outside. The rooms were decent size but cleanliness was not up to the par. There was no face towels provided, only pool towels and soap was given. No garbage bag or hand towel for the kitchen. Plates and glasses were in the cupboard and not so clean so we had to wash them again to be used. The restaurant they have in the society has limited options but the food was good. Pool was not clean at all, and had a frog in it, which is understandable cause they can’t stop that from happening. But the water was not clean so half of us did not get in the pool. Bed mattress seem overused as they are very soft and have taken a u shape now. Other sleeping arrangements were good. Overall not really worth the price of 24k for one night.

5 star to the host upjit beautifully decorated spacious house for 7-8 guests. Prompt & reachable hosts. Precise and complete information provide before you check in. Best food options provided. Recommended to order from their own restaurant. Well equipped kitchen if guests wish to cook on their own. Outdoor is also huge surrounded by greenery sit, relax and enjoy your food. Overall great place to stay while you are in lonavla. Thank you upjit for making our stay pleasant and relaxing.

A really great property at a beautiful location. Their staff members are courteous, helpful and very accommodating! they prepared several delicious meals for us, and also tried their hand at making other snacks through our stay - which turned out very tasty as well. Upjit was a great host, extremely communicative and answered all our questions prior to the stay - he also arranged for accommodation for our personal driver during our stay on request. The other guests in neighboring property as well were very co-habitable and the stay was very peaceful. Overall - a highly recommended place to stay at for a weekend away!
