The stay was good. It is very good for family people who want to have pleasant stay. It has garden for kids to enjoy and also for the family to have a sit out. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Will recommend for family and for couples.

Excellent property, relaxing stay for family with highly cooperative staff. Must visit if you are exploring budget yet premium stay villa options. We will surely visit this place again with our family.

Very rudely behave from swimming authorities, breakfast issue, my car was too dirty in parking area

According to the property, ambience, service, food price is too much high. Room is ok but property is not maintained. Food verity is very less only 2 -3 item

The property was small. We had to call the reception for basic things like a hair dryer. Food was average but the tea was good.

Stay was good, rooms were clean, staff was helpful. We went there with a toddler for one day. They provided baby food as well. Breakfast spread was also good. Overall good experience.

There are properties that are good and awesome and then there are ones like merit-as which set a benchmark in their class. A good self attested 3 star property that can put many 4 and 5 stars to shame. Service standards so high that you wonder how you missed this hospitality in the other properties. Outstanding staff and service - right from security and bellman to everyone you end up interacting. We stayed in the loft room and that was excellent too. There are many small things put into thought here - which you'll unconsciously experience around. Go for it - looks like merit-as has entered a space which didn't have many reliable options. And we could experience that difference.

The property is located at the heart of the lonavala. We stayed there for two days and enjoyed thoroughly. It's a perfect place for family and especially for the kids as there is a small playzone along with a swimming pool. The food is extremely good and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a perfect place for a family holiday.

It’s a very nice hotel for families to stay. We stayed in a room which has a ceiling level bed with stairs. My son really enjoyed it. They have villa type rooms as well which can be booked for accommodating upto 6 adults with kids.

It was a very horrible experience. There was a party on . And the music was very loud .. we couldn't sit in the room. we are told so many times after 10 pm they change. The hotel shifted to another hotel. very disappointed 😔😔

The stay was very pleasant, and i had a great time very relaxing. Its a clean place good to bis-it with family, kids parents. The staff of the resort are extremely polite, hardworking, and respectful to the guests. I am definitely looking forward to many more visits to this resort. Thank ypu team for your great work.

Really enjoyed my stay here! the place was super clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was great with lots of options to choose from. Overall, a great experience and i’d definitely recommend it!

One side of the hotel facing mountains and another side facing old houses. The size of the rooms also different. Rooms facing mountains are large as compared to rooms facing other side. The bathroom interior also different. When you book the hotel though the aggregators , when you reach the hotel you may feel bad when you are not given mountain facing rooms , have to live in a smaller room, not so good bathroom interior. The property is away from the main market (about 4 km) and if you don't have your own vehicle , you will have to call auto/taxi from the pvt vehicle running company. Food @ the restaurant very yummy. Good service by the staff. Pool good. Overall good property if you are.
