When we were given the room there were no room accessories or bathroom accessories like a towel, intercom, tea coffee packets. Then we booked paid breakfast but didn't verity. Only given poha and bread butter. Waste of money.

At this price at-least it should be clean. The bed sheet was dirty, and smell like oil. Toilet was smelled badly. Food was poor, but breakfast was perfect. Need to remove bath tub as it was repaired and whole leakage was filled with white cement improperly, which can be seen, and looks very bad. Need to remove some tiles also

The sheets cover weren't cleaned, room service was slow, staff needs to be trained more. And the breakfast buffet is okayish. Expected better for the price. But the food taste is so good

I am a regular to this very hotel this is my 3rd time visit to this hotel in lonavala it has improved its services a notch and we enjoyed the stay and their services.

Untrained staff

The staff is untrained and the infrastructure is still under construction. The intercom wasn’t working. The food was average, the service was poor. The room was decent and spacious. The bathroom was a bit run down. All this could be avoided if the staff and management were better trained to handle the situation.

Not a good place to visit with family. Whatever amenities given is not fullfil when u visit the place. No hot water, no bathroom amenities like hot water, dental kit, toiletries. Tea/coffee kittle is not in good condition, tea/coffee/sugar pouch not given and when we asked for the same then denied with reason not available now. Wardrobe was not cleaned. Not recommended families to visit.

I booked on the 2nd nova till the 4th nova the geyser in the room wasn't working. The tv had no connectivity. The bedspread was torn. Also, we were a couple staying together. The washroom had its glass windows removed and the staff would peep in. Extremely unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel stay to anyone.

Please don't even think about staying here. We had a horrible stay. Ac was leaking water right onto the bed. Toilet seat was broken. Even basic toiletries were not provided. Food was bad. Person sitting at reception was not ready to take any responsibility. He was only trying to pass the buck. Cleanliness and hygiene was sub standard. Absolutely not worth the exorbitant price charged.

Only thing decent was the fact that they wet e able to accommodate 3 people in the dame room with enough space. Cleanliness and overall maintenance is far from decent. I could find hair on the pillows from people who stayed before us. That was a major turn-off. Food was okay, palatable.

Images lie and this suits best for this property. Veg food is yum location is easy to locate. Bedsheets are stained. Pool tiles were old and dirty.
