Terrible Stay

i had a terrible experience at ovis holiday villas and apartment at lonavala.the location was inconvenient, and the room condition was far below expectations. the air conditioner leaked water, and despite multiple complaints, the reception staff was dismissive and unresponsive. it took numerous requests for someone to even check the issues. to make matters worse, there was no water in the bathroom during the morning, and i was asked to wait 15-20 minutes, which was unacceptable. overall, the service was extremely poor, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. my stay at ovis holiday villas and apartments, lonavala, was extremely disappointing. the location was inconvenient, and the room condition was appalling. basic facilities were severely lacking—for instance, i had to request a glass multiple times, and it took the staff around half an hour to bring one. the washroom basin had a leakage, with sink water coming out and flooding the bathroom. the air conditioner also leaked water, and despite numerous complaints, the reception staff was dismissive and took no immediate action. during the morning, there was no water in the bathroom, and the reception asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes, which was completely unacceptable. overall, the service was terrible, and i strongly advise avoiding this hotel

The stay we had for these days was less then mediocre. 1. The swimming pool was filled with alege. 2. They forced us to vacate the property to another one the day we have arrived, even though we told them we will shift the next day. 3. More than half of the items in menu aren't available and it costed us more to order from outside. 4. Ac, geyser didn't work for the last 2 days of the stay. 5. They didn't provide all the amenities they have promised even though we have paid money at the booking stage itself.

It's good, but the food is disappointing the view is also good, and we book a 2 bhk with private pool the pool is also decent

The road connecting to this property from main road is very narrow and in worst condition only group or family with personal vehicle can visit this property and also this property is under construction and the swimming pool is also closed due to under construction and due to hygiene overall property is good in a great location but not maintained well and needs lot of improvement

The housekeeping service here is very poor and the door locks were not working properly otherwise everything is fine good place to stay with you and nothing special for entertainment but good place to stay in peace

The, hotel is in under construction but the main food quality is lower than the roadside food. Also not a good and clean room too, thay have not change badsheet everyday because of not enough stock and the interior of the entire room is bad too. Main road to hotel connectivity road if too bad and terrible. It watt around 3 kms

The resorts was a fantastic stay at a wonderful price our whole group enjoyed a lot in this resort plus the restaurant was pure veg with great food at affordable prices so we didn't have to hassel to go outside the resort and find restaurant to eat at i would recommend this resor to everyone over all fun place for a long weekend

यहां तक पहुंचाने का रास्ता खराब है खराब मतलब बहुत खराब है टैक्सीवाला रास्ता देखकर बीच में छोड़कर वापस जाने वाला था बहुत मुश्किल से यहां तक पहुंचे हैं खाने का क्वालिटी बहुत खराब है रोटी एक डेढ़ घंटे पहले बनाते हैं फिर वही रोटी आपको जब चाहिए गर्म करके देते हैं दूसरा कोई ऑप्शन नहीं है तो जबरदस्ती खाना पड़ता है आज दूसरा टैक्सी ढूंढना पड़ेगा कल वाला तो पक्का नहीं आएगा आएगा तो डबल चार्ज करेगा

Resort location is very beautiful and scenic. But resort maintenance can be way much improved. Rooms were smelly. And the road to reach the resort is very narrow and damaged. Gave the positive feedback only for the location of the resort

When i was booking this property I searched for 15 ppl. provided me some combos and i have selected first combo option only, unfortunately I combo was with different category rooms, which was ok for me but i was not expected that this combo will divide my family into 3 different locations within 2 separate plots 😡. Henceforth I spoken with customer care and they resolved on their end but actually it was not proper solution, because Property Management provided me cheapest apartments at one location which were in very bad condition. Even no WiFi, bad linens and pantry sink with Fungus. I wasted my 3 hours to settle down everything by involvement of support team. Then too Property manager promised me for wifi and cleaning, wifi was not provided till 10.30 pm after so many calls to receptionist. Finally they gave one dongle and that without password, the boy who came with dongle, he ran away after asking him to be there till i login but he denied. Now next day when my family was having breakfast and were enjoying in swimming pool, 2 security ppl were there and staring, apart from that when i asked them that can we sit on chairs they said ok, but they never moved from place finally my family ladies had their breakfast by standing and these 2 securities were just sitting on those chairs looking into mobile and enjoying songs😟. Still i can write another 5000 words but i don’t want to waste my time.

Property is very good but the road from main highway to property is very pathetic. When we visited swimming pool is closed and we had been asked to use pool from adjacent property which was very crowded. Food is ok but not value for money.

It is a remote location with the road to resort not being okay, food was good but cleanliness should be improved, room was fine but it does not give vibes of villa, instead a low maintained flat. Swimming pool is good.

This staycation is far from pleasant with all sort of problems such as hygiene, facilities. There were no cupboards nor shelves in our room, rooms and bathrooms are unhygienic, geyser won't work most of time, entire room power got tripped when tried to turn on toaster. It's not worth the money.

Property should more better by some facility, food room service is very poor, and is far away from lonavala and rod is very worst to reach here. Some animal are inside the property like scorpio. But it should be rectify if management will try. It can be far better.

Good view, but too far from station and amenities was good. Private pool water was not cleaned. We enjoyed our stay at villa. For family you can go for it
