I would recommend to not to spend this much money to a hotel room untill very necessary. It was a bit smelly as if it was closed from long time, washroom was small, there were cracks in wash basin. Overall an average experience

Excellent stay. Very cooperative staff and clean rooms. Food options were a bit limited but well cooked and homely meals. Pricing is also great and pool can be used. Their thali is a specialty.

Hotel is neat and clean good for family stay. Food is ok. Location is also good in middle of city. Parking space is limited but they arrange all vehicles nicely

I had great time. Some renovation work was going on but we knew it upfront. Staff was humble and food was good. It had in-house restaurant. Near to main market and close to railway and st bus station. Stayed for couple of nights

I will in this rate of you getting different hotel you may go there because its not worth it to give per night at this hotel worth. And also bad was not clear. The didi not give basic washroom ket too

Positives: 1. The room and ambiance was decent and clean. 2. Well maintained space of waiting area & general washroom. 3. Carrom, table tennis & big swing available in common space. Just a few points that can be improved on: 1. The room as well as bathroom missed a room freshner. 2. A few things which are usually expected to be available before hand in a 4 star hotel were missing and were to be made available on request. Eg. Toilet paper, iron & iron board, slippers, tissue paper. 3. There is an in-house restaurant which has many options but taste is average.

Adarsh is our favorite hotel for stya in lonavala for last few years. It provides safe and secure stay with reasonable cost. But in my recent trip i noticed few points which adarsh need to improve. 1) maintenance: adarsh is lacking at maintenance of rooms and amenities. They have well designed and decorated rooms but nowadays they failed to main-ten the cleanliness and neatness. In our recent stay in may 2023, we stayed in suite room and it was well designed but few things were missing like: lack of work table dirty toilet commodes cracks in washbasin 2 food : adarsh nowadays have limited food support for guests. They are now limited to just lunch and dinner options in thali and there is no arrangements for breakfast like before. So everyday guests need to go out in the morning for breakfast instead of having it inhouse. This is inconvenient. 3 amenities: adarsh should upgrade now looking at new times and new guests basic requirements. Tv units are old and on dishtv. Nowadays we see smart tv's everywhere but they dint have those even in their highest room available which is suite room. At end, i want to say that adarsh is the best option for any couple or family to visit and you can be assured to get safe place to stay and closest to the lonavala market. Few improvements will make it much better place to recommend.

The Property location is very easily accessible and near to the market place and bus stand. The food is homely and good at taste.

Towel provided was not washed properly. Dirty towels were given. Also room was not cleaned before. Hair was there inside room and bathroom is also not cleaned one, broken basin and toilet seats are there. And compare to price they don't have enough facilities. Also basic thing like toothpaste was not there.

Very good location to stay. Walkable distance from railway station. It is located in main city of lonavala. Hotel maintenance, ambiance, hygiene is very good. Response from the staff is very nice. Rooms looks same as shown in pics. Pool located in top floor- when we went to play it is locked that is disappointing thing. We didn't had food in hotel. So we don't know how is the food. Water leaking from ac it should take care.

We stayed overnight for a marathon at the adarsh lonavala, we requested them for a late check out as we were going for the run, but denied. Air conditioner in room number 101 was leaking. We realised at time of sleeping but poor maintenance. Restaurant service was slow.

Khana bhottt accha hai hotel bhi b hot accha hai need and clean service b hot b hot acchi hai sab kuch accha room loby swimming pool are also good. But washroom mai ek freshner hona chaiye because fresh hone pr feel nhi hota hai smell aati hai and accha nhi lagta ya toh room freshner dijiye. Baaki sab b hot accha lga

Nightmarish stay in lonavala

Got a triple occupancy room with the ac dripping loads of water on the third bed. The room window locks were broken and could not be locked. The bathroom door could not be locked or even closed. Not worth staying here.
