Terrible Stay

I am disappointed as room was pest controlled. Due to the smell i suffered from headaches and ommetting. We immediately left the room. I have wasted my money.

Pros - being a pet friendly property, its very clean and very well maintained. Cons - overpriced. Last 50 meter stretch to reach the property was difficult, no proper road. Interior of the property is well maintained but exterior (setback) at the back all the waste is dumped that needs to be cleared and cleaned.

Good for staff, bad for overall stay

Good things first: excellent and highly responsive staff. Right from front desk to housekeeping, everyone is highly attentive, polite and eager to help. We needed a mini fridge in our room (to store temp-controlled medicines, and it was promptly arranged for. Special shoutout to mohit from the restaurant, who took complete care of our meals throughout the entire stay. The food is tasty, fresh and in good quantities. Now for the bad part: the property has no view. We had booked standard rooms, which were tiny and in dilapidated condition. The windows faced the open restaurant area, so we couldn't open the windows at all. There was hardly any furniture in the room, the cupboards didn't close, and the tv and cable unit were precariously hanging from the wall. The walls had dampness. The rooms were so tiny that you open the room and directly jump onto the bed. Overall, do not expect anything in room or view experience from this place. This is a pet-friendly property. If you just need a quite place for a night, it might work for you. Room photos on the property page are kind of misleading (probably clicked when the property was new/freshly painted)

Over priced

Visited on 3rd aug 2024. It is really over priced(8k with tax) considering the ambience and breakfast options. Staff is good dinner service was abit lye. But food was good.

It was an amazing experience. The staff were too polite, decent and helpful. The rooms were also neat and clean. The pool was great with clear water. The lobby had a nice ambience with lots of indoor games to play. Overall it was too good

Worst in lonavala

This resort is situated at worst location in center of deep hole of other surrounding. Hotel staffs are very casual, unprofessional, complete resorts smells very bad coz they have stray dogs inside of resort. They dont have parking, you need to park your car/ bike outside of property where no one can have a look on it. Please do not book this at any cost. I have wasted 4k just for sleeping.

Amazing stay at the resort. Ambience was up to the mark. Food was delicious and indoor games and swimming pool was just cherry on the cake. Would definitely visit again.
