The stay was pathetic as the property is in a bad shape. The rooms are not maintained at all. The restaurant is unhygienic and the service is very poor. The money that the property charges us was way too much.

Only problem is that there is no mobile signal inside rooms. Though there is wifi but due to no mobile signal, you cannot be accessible to people who are trying to contact you.

Rooms were good, hotel staff was cooperative, hotel ambience needs improvement. Restaurant chair upholstry needs to be changed.

Except the location, rest everything was substandard at the cost that i got this from mmt. Linens in the room were dirty, bathrooms were not clean, ac remote was not functional as one cannot change the temperature. Food was average, we ordered for tea in the room, the cups were stinking. In breakfast, sambar served with idli was all water (tasteless. I paid 7k for 3 adults for a deluxe room, for 1 night, definitely not worth it. Only air-tel network is available inside the premises, vi and jio, absolutely no network. Their wifi had major fluctuations and very weak. Overall, not a very pleasant experience, the property owners need to introspect and provide a value for money product. As it was a last minute decision, we had no choice but to pick velvet county, else there are hundreds of good options available at this price. One good thing about velvet is the location which is in khandala, away from the hustle, noisy and crowded lonavala chaos. If above factors are worked upon, velvet can be a good choice. Regarding my stay, i expect mm t to compensate me for the unpleasant experience me and my family have had during our stay.

A good time with family at resort. Quite place with good food. There is lot of greenery and far from the city. Stayed here 2 days. Pool is good

1. I got what i asked for, a room with a view to the hills and greenery. 2. Great space and cleanliness in the room and excellent balcony 3. Hot water was available 4. Room service was really good and quick 5. Reception and staff were very polite and helpful 6. Restaurant service was superb, nice food and breakfast with veg and non veg options 7. Lovely big clean pool 8. Best for the last, room had everything we need, especially peace and quite. Thank you for providing us with a cot with bed along with other services. We are extremely grateful for the service at velvet county and make my trip.

Entry is through a narrow steep road, the road just enough for a car. To pass through. But the resort itself is quite spacious, with large rooms with attached spacious balconies, neat trims and good service. Had a lovely breakfast in buffet style with kind and well-mannered staff. Has a big conference room and a swimming pool as additional attractions for large group gatherings.

Avoid at all costs. Peeling paints, non working t v. Constantly tripping geyser. Unclean bedspread and pillow. Used by earlier occupants. Not changed. Fungus all over the room and restaurant. All chairs covered with black fungus. Leaking reception area. On the whole, only one word, terrible. Only positive is the co operative staff. They try to do their best, but no point if the owner is not bothered about hygiene.

It's a beautiful property with big rooms, big balconies, surrounded by nature. Sip your tea or coffee looking at the beautiful forest. Onion pakodas were so delicious. Food is delicious and the staff is well mannered and very helpful. The restaurant staff is also very polite and they try their best to make you happy. Every person of this place was very kind. Would recommend to stay in this hotel. Best part you can see the clouds entering your room and you can experience nature just sitting in the room.

Had a nice experience, good place to stay in khandala and near lonavala.

Stay was ok while having dinner cockroaches where roaming near the dining table also the entire area was shabby, also cleanness was missing at the hotel, also the swimming pool was not clean. Food was good but the overall stay was average, no activities for kids.
