Small rooms compared to the cost room was smelly towels not available and when asked, was provided with dirty towel on one side

Good but bedsheet and pillow was not clean. Issue with cooling of ac, remote was not there due to which temp was not controlled

Room is clean and tidy. Room service is good. Only one suggestion is if possible keep individual kettle inside room so that traveler can hv hot water any time.

Hotel need to add dinner facility as i had to order food from outside while it is mentioned as "no outside food allowed" while booking. This need to be updated by facility owners

Very much affordable, staff are very much supportive and never ever get any type of complain from hotel staff side. Krishna nagar metro is near. Overall, it's very good hotel for both ( family or without family).
