Air condition problem in the room.

So to be-gain with we checked into room with my toodler and family in evening. As we moved to room the air condition was not working. Thats not for just one room but in both the rooms. The other room didnt had basic animates like there was no fridge in the room and no common room animates like soap shampoo and others. It was not a pleasent stay at all as whole night my child was awake as ac was not working in both the rooms. And the excuse hotel gave us was that there are no rooms occupied in the lane soo thats why ac isnt working but in sometime it will work. We passed whole night in fan but there was no cooling from ac. Was really not expected from a 4star hotel property. Rest the food and room cleaniness was good. But our stay was not at all pleasent ac was not working.

Initially i booked stay for one day 11th and 12th october. I stayed in hotel with wife and daughter. On 12th october my son came to lucknow and we needed one more day accomodation and later on my son also decided to stay for one more day. As you quoted the best price i got the reservation done from your site for one room. After intimating about reservation and saying that, i am sending the id of son, i requested at the reception to send room keys to room no 408

I had a wonderful stay, the room and staff are excellent. Special mention for the amazing food i had every time. The chefs are too good and they truly prepare delicious food every day.
