Poor customer service, no hot water in the room (geyser doesn’t work, washroom exhaust fan doesn’t work!

Room was ok ok for rs 2500. There were power issues in the hotel, no generator or light back up was there. Light went for about 5-6 times there, and we spent the day in darkness without any light.

The hotel is very bad, specially the receptionist behaviour is so rude, i think he is very very bad for the receptionist.

Firstly the manager/ receptionist was rude. Secondly the room where i check in was dirty and wasroom wasn’t clean. The door nob of the washroom was broker even the shower was broken.

Room is good but public areas are not good with ac problem. Room size is adequate and big and a good care is taken for cleanliness.

Railway station, bus stand and metro station was very near to hotel.

The receptionist's behavior is bad. I will not book this hotel next time. Neither their way of talking nor their fixed rates, it feels like i have come to a market.

Location is pretty good. Just off the alambagh metro station. Rooms are spacious and airy with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Food quality is just passable. Service a little sluggish. Overall good for solo travelers but not so good for families.
