the property’s service the staff was non responsive. they dont pick up front desk and charged me extra for an additional bed even when i had a room with tripple occupancy.

I was served rotten potato (masala) with the dosa on the first day of my stay, on the next day i was running late for work and despite requesting the manager didn't agree to pack basic 1-2 items from the buffet. The hotel lacks the h of hospitality and the management needs a serious awakening to treat their guests in a respectable manner. The rooms however were spacious and comfortable during the stay.

Worst experience will never recommend this property holiday in lucknow to anyone terrible guest service, and no one was attentive to listen to the guest, bill has been asked to pay immediately after your food. They were not willing to tag the room service bill in room number and no reply from the guest service desk. Paying 17, 000 for one day at the property and such service was not expected. There are many other good hotels in lucknow would love to, stay where the guest has been treated nice and few arrogant employees make the property more worse.

No towels, no toiletry, no water provided as per occupancy. There was shortage of waiters in terrace restaurants. Smelly floors. Lots of noise in the night. It is a very normal guest house rather to call it a five star property. Tv don’t have any news or entertainment channels

average property, poorly managed by inexperienced young staff, no professionalism. despite being pushed to a nasty room initially, even though i was the host to a foreigner guest who gets an upgrade to a suite, the room next to the pool marred by a wedding for 2 days, it was on hell of a stay, too loud. the cleanliness in general and room cleaning was a disaster, the in room dining could not send basic ice cubes for 40 minutes average across each day as they couldn’t locate the machine on the first evening, and then again it was challenging for them, the breakfast was super average on spread and taste (croissant was surprise okay) with cutlery and tissues as a general problem in layouts or repeat layouts, hygiene in the food areas and the overall air of unprofessionalim across the property prevailed.. asks to pay rs 100 extra on key not being immediately being located in rush to guards in the evening rushing behind the car asking to return for the glass being used for the warm drink for bad throat….it was a poor show if not disastrous. the city surely served us better :-) avoidable in future to the better known hotels irrespective of its proximity with airport that i had rated higher than others for the bad decision to say!

I recently stayed at the holiday inn in lucknow, and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. The room service was extremely lethargic and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. Requests took ages to be fulfilled, and staff members seemed indifferent and untrained in guest etiquette. I was repeatedly met with delays and subpar service, which made the stay frustrating and uncomfortable. For a hotel that promises quality, this was a major letdown. A very well laid out property. Excellent maintenance with polite staff. Great spread of cuisine, very humble and courteous restaurant staff. A good fitness centre. Overall a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. Highly recommended. If u r coming to lucknow and looking for a good stay this property shall meet your all expectations.
