The service was very average, no coordination or communication between staff members, they have to improve on many counts such as service, hospitality etc. Very unsatisfactory.

Not a safe property and makemytrip did nothing to assist me. Property owner stated i will not give refund, do anything you want. Highly disappointed.

They are fooling me i have booked a deluxe room but they have only like dharamsala type room the hotel price is like a three star but actually room like a dharamsala i wrong said dharamsala is best. Staff is not cooperative breakfast is complimentary but the hotel staff is wake up in 9 am worst hotel i have ever seen in my life

At 7. 40 still they have not received call for tea and water. Service is zero. Full night unwanted noise was coming. It has disturbed to sleep. Very very bad experience. We will leave the hots at 8. 30am without breakfast. Please return my payment

I have not ever seen this hotel room dirty. I have changed three rooms in a hotel. But not found cleaning ness. Please reimburse my money me and my family very regret to stay there.

The location and is good, and the staff was friendly. However, the room needs some improvement, especially the bathroom and room cleanliness. Overall, a good stay but there is room for improvement.

it's very bad experience room was very dirty spit of pan on walls bed sheet were torn and dirty. I will never visit in this hotel in future.

Food was average but service was very poor and hospitality is also not good, rooms was not ready even check in was late around 11. 00 pm by us. We paid for breakfast in our booking but the same was not served as per our requirement

I was very disappointed, there was a bad smell of smoking all over the floor, the room was too small, the bedsheet was ruptured, no kettle, almirah was dirty and i couldn't put clothes on. The room is highly charged for such services.

This place is not suitable for couples or families. The lifts are not working, and the property is not maintained properly. I can see a lot of webs and dirt in the room. There is a leakage of water from the split ac, either in the room or the washroom. The bed sheets are also very dirty.

The stay was nice, hotel is quite bare bones, but then you get what you pay for. One suggestion to the hotel, the rooms are a little dim, install slightly brighter lights.
