It was showing 3 star hotel at the time of booking, it doesnt deserve even 1 star. Everything starts from reception to lobby to room to mattress to breakfast was very bad. I wont recommend it at all.

Non cooperative staff, i'll mannered, dirty linens, washroom flush was faulty, over prices. Better options are available in this bracket of 5k with breakfast. I will be thabkfull to make my trip if this hotel is strike d off from their list or blacklisted.

Rooms were shabby, hot wtaer facility is pathetic and bathroom drainge was unacceptable. Their food was good and people were good as staff

Not worth the price of rs. 8000, the room was average and toilet has a worn out look. The common areas are old and shabby. Food was ok

At outset pl dont go by photos, its precarious. Poor maintainace, average quality of linen toilets etc. Its for business travellers not for families.

Nice stay at hotel, it’s in gomti nagar, just behind wave mall, so it is easy to search. And it’s a center where you can reach anywhere in 20 to 30 mins. Ambeince of hotel is good. Rooms are also big. It is just they need little work at their lobby, need new wallpapers or paint. Staff was good.

The front desk was very rude. Room standerd not as per price. No proper cleaning. Overall i suggest that travellers don't book. There are many more options.

The rooms are quite nice. Just the washroom must have been a little more clean. But overall it was a great stay

Breakfast was great. But room was ok. Less lighting and i had to bang the door to close it as it was very tight. Lighting was not proper near the mirrors of room and bathroom. There should be provision for half plate orders for someone staying in single occupancy as the cost is also very high and the food is wasted.

The property is located at an excellent location but there is downside to this facility. I will not recommend anyone to stay until you are running on a low budget. Hygiene and service is a big concern.
