We had a comfortable stay at the hotel nexus. All the facilities were good including the room and washrooms, and a spacious almirah was given to keep all clothes. Markets and metro were also nearby and we had a comfortable stay.

Nexus Hotel is the worst hotel of my entire traveling career. It’s just like a homestay—neither clean, nor is the exhaust working, and the room service is not good either.

The stay was very nice. The room was quite good and spacious wash room clean, kitchen and food was delicious hospitality was on point, ambience and behaviour was great of the staff everything was correct except the bedding, those were less in comfort thatsall. I dint have

It is walkable to charbagh railway station, felt at ease, when it was very hard to get auto for earlu morning vande bharat trains.

The hotel nexus, at charbagh lucknow is very pleasant, neat and tidy. The staff is very polite and courteous. The rooms are very clean including the toilets. The amenities as mentioned are all functional. Overall a nice hotel and well managed. Stayed there for 01 day. Complimentary bfast is also gud.

The rooms were small and the room service isn't as efficient, need to call multiple times for anything. Also according to the price it is not upto the mark. Not satisfied. Also breakfast was supposed to be buffet, but it was in room which didn't feel that good. Overall not satisfied.

Very good hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of city. Road is congested but hotel provides parking so it's not an issue. About the room - the room was clean and specious hospitality was very good food taste was very good.

Bad experience, poor hotel

Booked grand deluxe or grand corp twin bed room on on 4th of jean by seeing it's ratings and pics. Lobbies were very stinky, rooms were dark, basic amenities like electric kettle and bathroom sleepers were missing, walls were dirty. Bedsheets were not clean found kady hairs on bedsheet. It was overall a bad experience.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places and i will come again this property please gyes come and stay. And enjoy our weekend with nexus hotel. I love this. And specially thanks for tha server. Who serve tha breakfast. Freakfast is very good. Thanks to all staff.
