I stayed for 2 nights and had amazing experience. Room cleanliness hygiene was v good. Nice breakfast menu with reasonable priced menu for dinner and drinks. Only thing lagging was small refrigerator in room which could have made experience amazing

For our family stay, we had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Rooftop restaurant food is also good. The one thing we liked the most the staff hospitality. The property is also located at prime location and at 15 min walkable distance to hazratganag metro station. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Location is great 5 min autonride from hazratganj metro station. Rooms are big, this property have all the great facilities with a little bit more care and planning this place could be more attractive. Rooms are as big as most 5 star hotels with all different type of storage and dressers. Tv is too small, windows need sheer curtains so light can come with privacy. Should change the towels etc. Breakfast location and variety and make by order options are best. Housekeeping and other property staffs are very helpful and courteous.

Great and comfortable stay with good food. The location of the property is in the heart of city with local shopping and tourist attractions nearby on a walking distance.

Room not at all worth the price paid. Property is not maintained very well and after paying 6k for a night it was quoted disappointing.

Location is good and front office staffs are good. Breakfast not so great, staffs are not bothered to take care of customers and indulge in their own talks, ac not working at resturant. Hot water was not coming and was given in bucket like normal hotel do. Staffs should be more responsive when customers come to their hotel. Hangers, foot towels and hand towels were given when asked.

The overall experience was enjoyable, though the breakfast counter could have added with more variety. The in room food menu was tempting, albeit a bit on the expensive side. The rooftop bar experience is boom boom. Privacy: when opening the curtains in room, the view faces a building with fully closed glass blinded windows on the right side side of hotel, leaving us unsure if anyone inside could see us. This created a feeling of insecurity and reduced privacy when opening the windows.

The hotel is great and at a decent price. Bathroom was nice and clean with towels and shampoo, etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. Tv ac etc were working good. The staff was responsive and provided help when needed. Would love to stay here whenever i come to lucknow.

They don't even bother to attend for room service, their room service staff shows unnecessary attitude, staff was very rude, the reception guy didn't even attend properly keep busy themselves in other work beside attending for checkin or check out properly. I did keep calling night for room service first they didn't came and when called 2-3 times after that they stop picking call and there was no one to take accountability

Hotel was very good and located in prime location of lucknow which had ease of access to market place, metro station and eateries. Food was excellent with very good service. Staff were polite and helpful.
