One of the worst experience despite preintimation about my family arrival at night 11 pm following happened 1. Entire toilet was dirty wash basin was full of water as non flowing thru pipe 2. Dirty bed sheet, towels, pillow covers were given 3. On night on our floor some bachelor's were doing party upto 4 am and drinking, shouting, dancing and shouting but hotel staff were not bothered this is the real story and i was suppose to stay for 3 nights and i checked out by 9 am

This is not hotel, its like a dharmshala, there is no facility, no food, have charged as a five star cost

Very good hotel at this rate. Food is also good. Room is excellent. Service and staff behaviour is also upto the mark. Only one thing they should take care about is breakfast start timing. For business visitors it should be from 7. 30 am. Location is not in prime locality but inside the hotel this has no effect. Overall very pleasant stay.

Staff were helpful but more cleanliness is required. Location was awesome, food was good. Some appliances had issues.

Hotel does not provide accommodation, when i reach hotel at 11pm they simply informed me that they have no room. I am force to search hotel in mid night for my stay. Its horrible experience & it raise question on reliability of mt p also

Although this hotel is slightly away from the hustle of the city centre but once you reach there things look up. Rooms are spacious, neat and we'll equipped. Bathrooms are super clean. Menu on offer is limited but good.

Basic things was missing, the water glasses was not there in the room. Tv remote was not there. Breakfast was not good. Even the quality of the food was not good as expected. Also some of the products like, shampo and brush was not there

location- if you want to take early morning flight from CCS airport then good to stay but if you want to explore lucknow better to stay at other places.. Food- good but price is high ..services and hospitality — good.. room and bathroom - clean( there was issue with TV during our stay but i think that will be solved) .. Transport- difficult to get public transport because it is outside the main city, but ola available..

Hotel located in transport nagar and location is good but surrounded by transport offices but facilities and hygiene was excellent. food of restaurant was also very good and testy. Can give 4.5 out of 5 stars 🌟 🤩
