I arrived at the hotel early at around 7 am and the manager politely explained the situation to me as they had a wedding ceremony scheduled to take place on that day. He asked me to wait and meanwhile offered me a complimentary tea. After an hour he gave me the room. The location is near the railway station & the staff is friendly as well.

Room provided was not the room booked. Horrible rooms with dust. Bathroom was not good. Ac not working properly.

Booking of hotel by mm t was good decision. As per the voucher amenities and services were very good. Food of the hotel catering was far better than other restaurants at the same location. Hotel staff were also cooperative. Being a budget hotel at the prime location of charbagh railway station is one of the best options. Only one thing is advisable to ensure safety because i have not found any guard at main entrance and also the fire safety.

The most terrible hotel ever and i had the most terrible experience of my life. The rooms were so small that 2 people could hardly move around. The electricity got cut off numerous times. The rooms were so bad. The remote of ac never worked. When we asked about that they said it get operated from the reception so we had to ask them every-time to switch it off and on. We couldn't even increase or decrease the temperature. Only the reception was clean not the rooms there was mold everywhere. While checking out while paying they didn't provide any online payment option i hardly had any cash on me so they gave their personal qr code instead of the hotels. The reception women provided me the qr even though the reception man asked to provide the hotels qr. It was simply terrible. Even the washroom didn't have any hand pump.

Location near by lucknow railway station. Hotel staff good and helping. Hotel room not up to mark at this price, room tv not working (in evening setup box recharge expired, need to improve service. Interior not well maintained.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location was great as it's very near to both railway and metro station. However, the room should be cleaner, like the bed and bedside tables had stains, the fan only ran at a fixed high speed. Although i didn't expect too much given it's a budget hotel.
