I really enjoyed the 2 days stay at regency. The pool view room is very good. The penthouse ambience is awesome. Hospitality is excellent. The food at rocca i enjoyed. The drinks i enjoyed at up’s with my valentine. Overall i had a great experience at hyatt regency.

Unprofessional receptionist as namely shawasat, there are lot off miscommunication happened during my stay. Hyatt centralized team give you confirmation on call but at the end point when you reached at hotel they denied for your request or anything you required. My collegue book for room decoration over the phone call with price details, after the confirmation of booking they forgot to decorate your room, 3times we enquiry for cake, they denied for cake also saying that prior booking required. They just give accused specially on reception. Someone booking these hotel for there plea-sent stay but at the time of checking if receptionist or hotel dis-pointed you, i think this one consider unprofessional.

Staff is not so good and not helpful. Illiterate stafff is in this hotel. I had never experienced this type of behaviour. I suggest not ever to book this hotel

Location is o. K. Food is not tasty. Service is very poor. You have to call for any service repeatedly many times. Bathroom kit is not available. Only towels are there. Already done

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience during our stay at your hotel, which we booked Upon our arrival at approximately 9:00 p. M, we were eager to check into our reserved non-smoking room. However, to our surprise, we were initially assigned to room 306, which did not meet our booking request. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk staff regarding our reservation, we were eventually assigned a different room, but this process was quite stressful and left us feeling dissatisfied with the service we received. In addition to the room assignment issue, we had booked a rate that included breakfast. Given that we had an early flight from dehradun, we arrived at the breakfast area expecting a well-prepared meal to kicks-tart our day. Unfortunately, we were met with disappointment as the breakfast arrangements were inadequate. The only items available were two apples and one croissant, which were certainly not what we anticipated as a meal. Overall, our experience fell significantly short of the high standards we have come to expect from hyatt properties. We believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider our feedback. We hope to see improvements during our future visits.

Rooms- very good cleanliness - excellent front desk staffs - very poor welcome entry- no one at the gate to open it. Pathetic behaviour. Check out: very pathetic breakfast: poor service, inexperienced staff. Overall very poor stay
