Rooms- very good cleanliness - excellent front desk staffs - very poor welcome entry- no one at the gate to open it. Pathetic behaviour. Check out: very pathetic breakfast: poor service, inexperienced staff. Overall very poor stay

Very poor service. Pathetic. Took 1 hour for luggage to room and despite calling several time, no one came to pick the luggage back. No proper reply from the lobby team

Everything was perfect! be it room and food. The staff is very courteous. Food quality is good and they have a very large variety in breakfast and a wide range in dinner as well.

Overall stay was average only. I had booked room with 1+1 imfl free for stay and during the check-in no one has informed us about the club and where we can go to avail the benefit. Due to absense of knowledge we sit in another bar which on top floor under the sky and they charged heavily. Even no one was abvailable at the swimming pool area. The costume which was available with us were not permitted into the pool, later i had purchase the costume from outside.

Hotel location is convenient and ambience is much better than other hotels in the vicinity. The restaurant’s are also enough to cater the food cravings.

The hotel needs to keep it a maintenance levels high. The switchboard in my room-723 was faulty, the blow dryer had a very used feel to it, beds were not made comfortable as compared to my last stay. Overall a very average experience
