They said they are not available for booking online. It was a mistake that we booked it online. And the traveller had no other option so he stayed there even when the service was not good

Location of the hotel is okay but renovation work in progress so lot of dry dust ever where. Room service was next to none.

The cleanliness of hotel rooms were not at all satisfactory. They were lacking in providing the basic room services such as providing toilet soap and towel after repeated requests at reception they provided toilet soaps and towel. Delay in providing drinking water at all times for which repeated request was made. The room service staff are impatient and behavior was rude. I will suggest MakeMyTrip/Go ibibo that not to include this sort of hotel in their list, which in turn makes family person fall in very awkward position in unknown city.

Very good location at the heart of Hazrat ganj. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. We reached there very late probably at 1. 30 am, but they greeted us with a smile and helped us to get settled in our room. The room was cozy and comfortable. Over all it was really good experience and every bit value for money.
