It was so pathetic and so were your service. I planned my trip from delhi to lucknow. And i paid in advance for dormitory but when i reached there it was already filled and there was no one to solve this problem

The dormitory was in the second floor and they had no lift, so i had to take a 16 kg luggage up and down through stairs. Even after reaching the reception no one was available so i have to wait almost one and half hour for check-in. Ac rooms have an ac just for projection, they switch on it when we enter then timed to switch off automatically

Good person good behavior hot water not available for bath only normal water need some cleaning cotton cover air conditioner not working but good thank you

very bad. not valuable ,waste of money. i paid for ac dormitory but provided non ac dormitory bed by the person at reception. this occurs because of your fault because you haven't provided any token number/ bed number as this is transparency pattern one thing more, size of toilet and bathroom very .less as this uncomfortable/problem faced by many passengers, they are just adjusting because they paid money. one thing i want to remember you , you have taken that is more compare to non -ac bed and there was ₹ for non- ac single bed if paid offline direct to him. i thought irctc dormitory at station is best as compare to dormitary provided through you. very bad. not valuable ,waste of money.

A functional place, tidy and well managed. The manager was helpful in securing my belongings and was friendly. Very basic and met nice people

As per pendamic the hygiene factor is one of the most important factor for everyone. The lucknow dormitory is best place to live or stay and we'll maintained property and facilities is best

Toilets are too congested, narrow. Cleanliness was ok. Staff insisted emphatically for tip! though nothing, literally nothing was done by them except for escorting to the bed. Approx 25 minutes walk from station.

Everything is ok but there is the only thing which I did not like about this place, my bed was get changed and the bedsheet was not changed, I had to sleep on a used bedsheet. Except this everything is good in this place.

So congested and the bathroom and latrine are also so congested, there is no food facility near by
