The hotel offered good value for money and was conveniently located. All basic necessities were provided, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. Could not use elevator atleast 2 times because they were using it for used dishes.

Good for the budget. It's just a small room. But stay was ok and staff was good. Don't think for ambience.

I recently stayed at orchid stay and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any requests. Overall, it's a great place if you're looking for a simple and comfortable stay with good service!

Whenever i come to lucknow. I always book this hotel. Firstly, its clean affordable, the staff is very kind to greet with, specially the madam at reception during checkout (she is very sweet. Allover i would recommend this hotel if you are travel-ling solo or with family. It has positive vibes and safe to stay.

The staff and receptionist were great nice behaviour and service. Few cons are mentioned 1. The image uploaded does not match the actual room and bathroom given. 2. Rooms and bathroom had an unpleasant odour. 3. The elevator is the smallest i have ever experienced. Maximum 2 people with 1 trolley bag can fit. 4. No dental kit was provided no bathroom amenities such as soap shampoo gel nothing was given i wouldn't recommend this stay because way better hotels are available next to this property.

Awesome! just awesome services provided from the hotel. Cleaning is good. The food was delicious. And most importantly the co-operation of staff with guests is great. In short i can say. Best choice i have ever had from the 2 years of visiting lucknow for business trips. But this was such a great experience i even had.
