Restaurant service is too slow. Staff is not bothered and they take long time to serve breakfast items. Prior to checkin, staff did not respond to phone calls. Since we were reaching late, we tried to contact them to order dinner, but nobody responded.

Very good quality modern all glass walls room with a great view of the city. View of lucknow from 16th floor was amazing. But service is not great. Every call for in room dining, some toiletry at room etc is taking 30 minutes to be attended (may be there was a marriage going on and that’s why service was slow)

Clear information about redemption of voucher was not provider beforehand. It’s only available in dining and not in skybar. Also various small things in restaurant and skybar was slow. Like they took ages to get the bill and small stuff like that. But overall it’s a nice experience.

I stayed with my family and everyone enjoyed the city view and services of hotel renaissance. When ever we will plan our next trip to lucknow our preference will be this hotel only.

I be love staying in hotels, enjoy the room service. As well as the breakfasts. The highlight was the dinner buffet. The staff there is amazing. While i had the buffet, the chef asked me if he could prepare something for me.
