Hotel was okay. They charged us for keys. Food was average and service was poor. Water after 1 ltr it was on chargeable basis.

Excellent stay in hotel. As i was there for my tournament very good care was taken by the staff. And the best part is that. They got me upgraded in deluxe room a great thanks to all the staff of sagar sona

Fantastic hotel, enough space in the room ( very spacious) with all utilities and excellent service, good food and hospitality. Good is available 24*7. All are very supportive.

The stay was comfortable, the staff was courteous, room service was good and prompt. The only thing lacking was supply of hot water in bathroom. There was central heating system which was quite ineffective. It will be better it there will a geyser provided in every room bathroom.

Don't stay in this hotel

Horrible experience. No one bothers about guest once you pay and check in. Everything is delayed here, order food and wait for one hr when your hunger is dead. Everyone is arrogant in communication. Worst experience for ex: it took 45 minutes to get a towel after repeated callings, which led to delay getting fresh and catch a scheduled flight. Room service boys, housekeeping staff horrible staff, i don't know why the owner of this hotel even hiring them. Don't recommend this hotel again to anyone
