Mapple leaf hotel is located at very convenient location in the prime location. Traveling in the most part becomes easy. Outside hotel one can find the local conveyance means at reasonable rates.

The hotel seriously needs major training in hospitality. I stayed in room no 301. The washroom sink had a crack running across the basin and the wc was. Constantly leaking but this i am willing to overlook as a maintenence hiccup. What surprised me was that i requested the housekeeping/reception to send coffee sachets and sugarfree sachets to my room and having waited for about 40 minutes i ordered the same from blinkit. Upon my asking the staff the reason for not providing me coffee and sugar free i was told that we are looking into it. Upon requesting the front desk for an airport drop in the morning, i was told that the charges for the same would be inr 1200 which i agreed to pay. For some strange reason i was asked to make an payment before the booking could be confirmed. Never have i seen this in all my years of travel. This is preposterous and unacceptable especially in the hospitality industry. The hotel needs to revamp its guest services or shut down. They are not customer friendly and guest centric in their operations. Highly disappointed.

Not a good property and in comparison with the cost and stay, it is found to be very expensive. Rooms and rest of hotel area is not good

Location is ok, but service specially at reception is very poor, the guy sitting there doesn't know the hospitality. He may come from some desi dhaba from the village where the approach is customer last not first. Casual behaviour, taking lots of time in any order, ignoring orders and requests were common. No hangers in the almirah. Not recommended

A comfortable stay at a conveniently located, reasonably priced and sufficiently comfortable hotel. The proximity of this hotel to kd singh stadium metro station and competitive pricing were the two favorable decision points in choosing this property. For the given price tag, the hotel provides a good value for money and adequate facilities such as good, crisp clean linen, refrigerator, tea maker and wi fi connectivity, something that a typical business traveller would want. A nice, efficient staff at the counter made the check in and out process and billing experince very smooth. Overall, a fine experience as a single business traveller for r an overnight stay.

Customer service is excellent they are professionals and as a solo women traveller i feel safe in staying at this hotel and the location is so great that it’s so easy to commute.

Location is very good, infrastructure is also good but it seems that they are not able to maintain it well. Bedsheets pillow cover were dirty and unchanged for our stay. Support service was very slow. Worst part that smoking allowed in hotel room it gives a horrible experience if there are smokers in nearby rooms.

Location is very good and you can walk to very famous places easily, infrastructure is also good but it seems that they are not able to maintain it well. According the price not bad but not the best. 1. No price mentioned on menu of soft drinks water bottle also. 2. Not ventilation in room. 3. Bed sheet and blanket also not properly clean. Overall i never stay again. Rating 10 into 2 no. Only

Pathetic experience hardly staff on reception counter have to wait for long time dirty rooms money went waste as i moved out of hotel in few hours after check in couldn’t stay longer
