Services are not prompt and they took all the time in the world to fulfill a single request more over their room service guys denied to provide clean glasses and spoons from room service desk, they said that they will send someone to wash the used glasses and spoons to reuse in the room

Mmt mentioned that there will be welcome drink, fruit basket and cookies platter in room for executive class but there was nothing, you must write things after confirming with hotel, room was also average

Rooms, are spacious, clean and toilets well maintained. Food and portions were good, but pricing a bit high. Concern for super senior citizens as they can't use tub for bathing.

Piccadily lucknow has good buffet at lunch time, average buffet at breakfast, did not try dinner at permises. Stayed at luxury room which was in line with expectations. Staff was exceptionally good and helpful.

A very pleasant stay at the picadilly. Very good value for the price of the rooms in comparison to many other 5 star hotels, (although maybe not as plush. Staff were polite and friendly. Nothing to complain about at this price point, well worth it.
