Disappointing and a compromising

There is a gap between the sliding door of the bathroom and the wall. Any person sitting on bed can see the person inside taking a shower. If somebody is attending to a nature's call, the smell is going out to the room. The plaster on the ceiling in the bathroom is falling off. The food doesn't have a lot of variety and even what is offered also doesn't taste quality. If you're running a hotel in lucknow like this and charging these premium rates at least take an effort. There were no glasses in the room and no chair. The bed was very small and a request for double bed made as soon as we checked in was denied within 1 minute - so clearly, the hotel staff can't be bothered with such trivial issues. If they're offering a room like this then it is for sure not for business travelers. At the very least they should advertise such a room as couples only. It was extremely embarrassing to share the room with my office colleague

Staff is busy at their stuff. No one is there to help in check in and check out for luggage. Lot of training required to hotel staff on soft skill

Stay was good and the property is maintained well. Good breakfast options and nice rooms. Bathroom has hot water availability.

Very nice hotel, polite and courteous staff, comfortable rooms, good location. Breakfast was quite good. Dinner was nothing to write home about.

Hotel was stinking at all places and same corridor is used by guest and cook staff which makes it more smelly

Stay was good, but the room allocated was very small as compared to previous stays, they buffet breakfast was nice in taste. Overall, the staff is very hospitable and the stay here is veer comfortable

Great room, quality of service staff could be improved. Night shift service staff was excellent however morning shift service staff was not so friendly.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I stayed with my family and friends at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained and service was excellent. Breakfast timing was accommodative with a huge variety of options. I'll be definitely visiting this place for my future stays.

Worst experience ever. Hotel has very small parking. When i came at around 9 pm they told me our parking was full and park on the road. And no space on road outside the hotel no guidance was given to me where to park totally worst experience

Neat and clean place with lots of lovely aesthetics. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. The staff was highly hospitable, polite and cheerful. It was overall a great experience.

Started with reception staff very egoistic. Doesn't care about customer. They are least bother about customer because its already pure-paid. So seems like i am begin g for services after paying in advance. Room give was full of dampness. Not chair and table to have meal. I had food standing because i had no option. And they charge service charge without customer authorization. Won't recommend anyone
