This is suppose to be a three star property. Check out the price i paid upfront. The room is below average. This room should not cost any body more than 1200 rs per day. The key does not work. Every time i leave and return, i have to make the staff manually open the room for me. Food is overpriced. They have better rooms in this hotel. But because i paid upfront i had to deal with this shabby room

Room keys was not working. Tv was also not working properly. Room was good but need improvement on service part.

Excellent property, very neat and clean and well maintained rooms. Very friendly staff. Good options in breakfast. The room service served me at 12. 30 am also as i returned very late from work !very good for families as well as for business travellers. Please maintain the standard.

Very bad experience. Room service very bad. One front office personnel non co-operative and rude, food quality bad, comfort level at rooms at the lowest.

What i want to describe is difficult to put in "short. The poor condition of hotel, dilapidated room furniture which lacked even basic amenities such as locks and switches, arrogant and rowdy behaviour of the staff spoiled our show stay.

The hotel staff are very rude and they will not answer your call and the rooms are not clean on a daily basis. Wifi and tv are not working. It is my humble request to all don't book this hotel.

3 Star Hotel at this price is amazing 👍 Both Owner and Staff are very cortageous and humble. Location wise also it's very nice, it connects to railway station and metro station in a walkable distance. Definitely Recommend to all.

I booked a room at midnight from charbagh railway station. Property is nearby and accessible at all hours. Staff were polite and best thing was their 24 hour room service. Although bathroom were a bit old but overall good experience.

Comfortable stay, clean rooms but could be better. Cooperative staff and polite behavior. I recommend it if you are looking for good property with good food near lucknow railway station.
