Location is good, staff is very cooperative starting from front desk to housekeeping and from restaurant, clean rooms, 3rd and 4th floor area is very good with games and restaurant. Will recommend to everyone

Stay is good but service is very slow. Room size according to price is small. No welcome drink provided during arrival. No dental kit has been provided. Breakfast menu is very limited. Even service is very slow.

They had wedding in their banquet hall and they did not inform and around 1 my room was trembling i had to call them 2 times as to make the music a little softer but nothing was done ultimately i had to go to reception and requested them to change the room

The property is tastefully designed with beautiful interiors. Peaceful location. Lovely place to relax. Courteous staff. The whole property is spic k and span. Roof top activities add to the entertainment for kids as well. Ludhiana and aagaaz gave us lifetime memories for our maiden visit to the city.
