Very clean room and other area was also clean. Staff behaviour was very well. And all the staff members are very supportive.

I visited ludhiana first time with my parents amd it was best hotel to stay thanks all the staff and owner

Room was very dirty even they don’t have spare blanket. Bathrooms are also in bad condition. Do not have any Room Service. In the time for check in they took long time to even open gate. Do have any market near by hotel

It's was lovely experience with hotel. Staff was to good it's was really helpful for gust. Location is good and room are also good and clean it's was great experience with you for your Dall rice it's was great. Food is to good.

Very bad experience. Poor room quality. Service was also pathetic and Mosquito was there in the room. Not worthy room for that price. Super deluxe room below average than normal rooms. On the name service staff only single person is there in the hotel.

Not up to the mark at all

Hotel was not up to the mark at all. Cleaniness was extremely poor. Hotel was located centrally, however. There was no restaurant option at all. I got locked out of the room as well. Room service was not there at all. Wi Fi also is poor. Water problem

Nice stay for a short period

The stay is good, but the hotel is little off located though close to railway station. Would recommend to someone staying there for a day or two under financial crunch.. The food facilities are limited, one need to search for a good food joint.. The room was clean however zero ventilation, the staff behaviour is very good and they try to comfort the customer as much as possible...

This hotel is situated in better location near to Ludhiana Bus stand and near to Railway station. Room is fully air condition. There is a value of money, I like very much, second time also stay in same hotel. Food also good and facilities also. I recommended the hotel is to my friends.
