If we already booked the room by make my trip then why the hotel assistant charges extra payment for 300rs. Kindly confirm the why he charges extra payment of 300 rs

Terrible Stay

Firstly, all hotel staff in drunk and in naked. And they denied my check in and behaved abusively. It was very bad experience. My family is with me. And it is not a suitable stay options for families. Not recommended to anyone. Don't go there.

Poor Stay

In-spite of full payment in advance, hotel charged rs 200 extra. I am very shocked. I reached there around 12. 30 in the night, i had no option but to pay. I will never book this hotel in future nor recommend anybody else
