Very nice and polite staff. Breakfast was very good. So many options for kids. The only thing not good was pool was on renovation.

Terrible Stay

Filthy is an understatement, that's how bad it was, a tissue box full of black dust was kept in the bathroom. Smelly bad room with an unkept stinky sofa. Not to miss a five star chain of a hotel that had stained white plates with black permanent marks. Was shocked to come across all that i witnessed. The staff was courteous though but frankly i think it not there fault as the management has to see its rooms and the amenities and when the change is required. Unfortunately would not recommend anyone as an what i experienced.

Good location. Good food. Efficient and courteous staff. Starting from the pick up at ludhiana junction to our departure, the hotel and it's staff was very professional.

Very average experience in terms of service, room, food. Its a five star but cn compare to 3 star only. Food quality is not up to the mark at all. Staff not educated enough
