I recently stayed at radisson blu hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with many attractions nearby. I enjoyed the arrival drinks and breakfast buffet. Overall, a great stay, and i would definitely return!

Took money but didn't provide room. Neither they refund. . In terms n conditions they mentioned provision of early check in. But didn't provided that nor they cancel-led. They charged for what i didn't get

Its disappointing to see that ludhiana being an industrial there is no premium property that meets up to its brand name rooms very unhygienic, there was noise coming from the ac duct, the blinders in the business rooms need repair in overall a bad experience

Stay was good but checkin was not good. We had guest from foreign. On mm t details page it was written passport required. On checkin table they were asking for visa as well which we didn’t have handy. This wasted a lot of time. Other than that room and stay was good. Similar happened while checkout and we feel checkout process is slow, person took lot of time to bring our bag.

Took almost 1 hour for check in and most important property demands for security deposit ! they should mention this policy before creating booking and should be mentioned in “about property details”.

Good rooms, pleasant stay, helpful staff, in room amenities can improve, coffee maker not working, hand wash not there. Asking for deposit for a fully paid room is unreasonable

Not great vibe of the room. Despite being bigger in size, the vibe was missing and the interiors were not great. Lighting in entire property was inadequate too. Most awful part was food. Charges were way too high compared to portion size and taste was not upto the mark.
